Genius is an upcoming Indian action thriller film directed by Anil Sharma, after a long break of 5 years. It marks the debut of his son Utkarsh Sharma as a male lead, who also featured as a child actor in Sharma's 2001 blockbuster film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mithun Chakraborty are in supporting roles in the film.[1][2][3]

The music of the film is composed by Himesh Reshammiya [4] and Monty Sharma done the background score while lyrics are penned by Manoj Muntashir, Kumaar, Shabbir Ahamed and Sunil Sharma. The first song of the film "Tera Fitoor" which is sung by Arijit Singh was released on 12 July 2018 [5]. The album is produced by Tips Music
