The same thing here as on the South Ossetia category. Bilateral relations between Abkhazia and Russia are within international norms between countries that have recognised each other, and are done outside of Russia-Georgia relations. So long as the parent category exists within Georgia, that is enough for NPOV. --Russavia Dialogue 16:07, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
