Lance Schulters (born May 27, 1975 in Guyana) is a professional American football player, most recently playing free safety for the Miami Dolphins in the National Football League. At present, he has not signed a contract with any team for the 2006 NFL season.

Schulters attended Hofstra University, played four seasons with the San Francisco 49ers and three seasons with the Tennessee Titans. He was cut by the Titans prior to the 2005 season but was signed by the Dolphins with whom he had 4 interceptions and 77 tackles that season. Schulters was a one time Pro Bowler in 1999.
