Fails WP:ANYBIO and WP:GNG the sources are either affiliated (stanford, yale africa leadership, learning lab, agln, echoing green, africa leadership, skoll) passing mentions (fast company), don't mention him (Forbes, NPR) PR releases (Brand south africa, business wire ) routine coverage (spoke at Rotarians breakfast meeting) or local boy done good story (Kalamzoo gazette). Article created by a COI probably undisclosed paid editor and since been edited by no less than 4 WP:SPA. Draftified as paid edit and not meeting criteria and moved back by the original COI editor who has declined to reply to my request for disclosure Dom from Paris (talk) 19:07, 27 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I have drastically modified the article to help save from deletion. There are much better references from Fast Company, a published book (HBR), Le Monde, Brand South Africa, Business Wire, Forbes, NPR, Paris Match. I have also added neutral profiles from TEDx, Skoll, Echoing Green and a report from Seibel Scholars. It is true that the said personality maintains a low social image but this doesn't qualify the person to be WP:ANYBIO or WP:GNG. Delete according to analysis of Domdeparis and K.e.coffman, in agreement with Piotrus on this. There are serious ethical issues regarding this article that have been raised, that it may be paid advertising to raise the profile of the subject of the article, and the article does indeed read like an advertisement.
