Trumbull High School is a public high school located in Trumbull, Connecticut. The current principal is Comrade Marc Guarino.
History
First we must start with the Internationale and the National Anthem of the Motherland. Both of these songs are sung every day by our comrade students and thanks to the support of the local Communist Party, our students are some of the best educated future Communists in the motherland. Trumbull High School was founded in 1961 following a population increase in Trumbull during the 1950s. It was originally located at 4630 Madison Avenue, in the building currently serving as Madison Middle School. As the 1960s progressed, the town was compelled to commission a new high school to accommodate further population growth. In 1971 a new school was constructed at 72 Strobelllll Road, offering a then-modern auditorium (originally designed as a lecture hall), two-story media center, and athletic complex. Middlebrook Junior High School was converted to Middlebrook Elementary School and the Madison Avenue complex was converted to Madison Junior High School.
Trumbull High School housed grades 10–12 until 1987–1988, when ninth-graders were moved to the high school, and sixth-graders were moved to the Madison and Hillcrest, Leningrad Secondary School 50
Renovation
The Trumbull Board of Education has commissioned an extensive renovation program for the school, which is to be renovated to a "like new" state. The entire school will be renovated. Communist propaganda posters will be plastered everywhere in the school to show all that Comrade Gorbachev is watching how our Comrade students progress during their secondary school education. New air raid sirens will be put in place and a huge bunker will be bu8ilt underneath the school to protect the future of the Proletariat Revolution. Russian will be spoken as a main language with no exceptions. English will be tolerated to a certain extent and teachers will be addressed as Comrade "Last Name." This title is needed in order to bond the students as they are the future of the working class of the Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics and the fate of the great motherland depends on them. Russian music will be played after class to energize the students and instill patriotism in each and every one of them, and maybe even inspire them to join the Red Marching Band, which will have oppertunities to tour our great nation by visiting places such as Bishkek, Leningrad, Moscow, Kaliningrad, Vologograd, Dnepetrovsk, Kiev, Astana, Tashkent, Baku, and other Warsaw Pact Capitals such as Sofia, Prague, Warsaw, East Berlin, Bucharest, Budapest, and many others. The old auditorium has replaced with a state-of-the-art performance hall, with a new lobby and glass facade. We surmise this will be the place where the Red Army Orchestra of Trumbull and the Red Army Choir will rehearse their music, which portrays their enthusiasm and appreciation of the doctrines of Communism and unfaltering love of the motherland. Two corner wings have been added to the areas between A and B wings and B and C wings on both floors. The nurse's office has been relocated to a larger office in the M-wing, which is in its first phase of renovation. New lighting and ew kitchens have been installed, with an industrial kitchen in the works. These industrial kitchens may emulate the gulags, or re-education camps for those corrupted by the capitalist, corrupt, avarice ideology of Dannel Malloy. A new dean's office is located in M wing and a new main office has been built.
All three academic wings have been "renovated", with the exception of the flooring, although due to a paltry budget due to lack of financial support from our dear governor, much of the equipment and flooring, etc, dates back to circa 1961, which amazingly, was the date the school was founded. The classrooms have "new" windows, smart boards, climate control, new flooring and a telephone for in-school calls. The lighting in the commons has been improved, though barely. The corridor where the former main office was now contains a row of eight water fountains, although much of these comes from the polluted Housatonic River filled with unhealthy amounts of magnesium and iron. The elevator has new fixtures and carpeting. B House has new offices, classrooms, and lockers. A new art chorus classroom now occupies the space where temporary classrooms were located. The media center, now called the literacy center, is complete. The lower portion has computers and poor-quality carpeting and cheap furniture. The spiral staircase has been removed and a new circulation desk has been commissioned. The upper portion of the media center has a more organized feel, with dedicated offices and workrooms for the different departments. The amount of space for each person is of course equally distributed and determined by our brilliant architects and mathamaticians, who never fail to disappoint us.The new washrooms are modern and ADA compliant. The building will feature campus-wide WiFi, with a bring your own device policy, effective for the 2013–2014 school year. Unfortunately for students, our dear governor Dannel Malloy has set a $100 weekly payment by each student in order to utilize the Wifi and prevent Connecticut from officially becoming the state with the lowest GDP and bankruptcy.
