John Harte McGraw (Born Penobscot County, Maine October 4, 1850 - June 23, 1910) was a former governor of Washington State.

He served as Republican Governor January 9, 1893 - January 11, 1897, the second governer of Wahington State. Previously he was Sheriff of King County, Washington.

McGraw, a law graduate, has also been President of Seattle First National Bank and Seattle Chamber of Commerce. After leaving offcie, he made money during the Klondike Gold Rush.

He died on June 23, 1910 from typhoid fever.
