Jim Ricks

Jim Ricks (born June 29th, 1973) is an Irish and American-born conceptual artist, curator, and writer. In Search of the Truth (the Truth Booth) is a project created by Jim Ricks along with Ryan Alexiev and Hank Willis Thomas who are members of The Cause Collective.[1][2][3][4]
Early life and background
Jim Ricks was born in San Francisco, California on June 29th, 1973. He received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Photography from the California College of the Arts, San Francisco. Ricks moved to Ireland, lived there for 11 years and completed his Master of Fine Arts from the National University of Ireland, Galway and Burren College of Art programme.[5][6][7][8]
