Lee Meredith (born October 22, 1947 in River Edge, New Jersey) is an American actress.

Biography

She was born Judith Lee Sauls and grew up in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.[1] She is married to film producer Bert Stratford.

In 1972 she appeared in a sketch scene in the original Broadway production of The Sunshine Boys as well as repeating her performance in the 1975 film version with Walter Matthau and George Burns. In 1973, Meredith appeared as Reginald Van Gleason's object of desire in the first Jackie Gleason comeback special, broadcast on CBS.

However, she is best known for playing the beautiful Swedish secretary Ulla in the original 1968 version of The Producers.[2] Her most recent appearance is on the DVD edition of that film (2002), where she gives an interview and recreates her dance from the original film.

In the 1980s Meredith appeared alongside writer Mickey Spillane in a series of humorous commercials for Miller Lite beer.
