what kind of singer?
I have listed the birth year as 1971, but apparentlly some controversy exists among fans as to whether this is correct. Some claim 1968 is the true year. His official page lists 1971 though, so I'm sticking with that. Peregrine981 12:56, May 26, 2005 (UTC)
- and IMDb says 1969 [1], so who knows? He's beautiful either way :) (Entheta 23:03, 18 January 2006 (UTC))
- The Swedish registrar, which keeps track on when citizens are born, dies, lives, etc. is proclaiming he was born 1968. Easy to check on www.birthday.se —Preceding unsigned comment added by Myrgren (talk • contribs) 07:06, 20 March 2010 (UTC)
Name
His name is really Eagle-Eye? Who names his kid "Eagle-Eye?" —Casey J. Morris
- Don Cherry does. Yes, Eagle-Eye is his real name. See this bio. --Iceager 01:19, 27 Jun 2005 (UTC)
Where did the cross-reference to "Wycliff jean" (sic) come from? As far as I can tell, Wyclef Jean and Eagle-Eye Cherry are just different people. See [2]

Why is he a "Swedish musician of African American descent" instead of a (American) Black musician of Swedish descent? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.63.8.69 (talk) 02:32, 6 September 2010 (UTC)
- Seems to me he is Swedish-American: he does have American citizenship, since his father was American. Timothy Horrigan (talk) 00:11, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

Sophomore Album Re-released?
With Living in the Present Future having been rereleased (Living_in_the_Present_Future#2001_rerelease), shouldn't that be mentioned on this main page?--MichaelProcton (talk) 19:31, 12 November 2015 (UTC)

No relation to Titiyo
I have removed the incorrect suggestion that he is Titiyo's stepbrother. Titiyo is his half-sister's half-sister via a different parent. That does not make her Eagle-Eye Cherry's stepsister - they are in no way related. Smurfmeister (talk) 11:12, 21 August 2018 (UTC)
New album, 2018
Hi, everyone. This page seems to be a bit outdated for quite some time.
- Looks like the new official website is http://www.eagleeyecherry.com/ -- this may probably be the reason why the old one do not open.
- The new album, "Streets of You," is planned to go out on Oct 26, 2018.
- As well, a new single with the same title, "Streets of You," was already released this May, four months ago.
- Here's a recent appearance at ELLE (Sep 8, 2018) where Eagle-Eye played two new songs and mentioned the upcoming album and the dates: http://www.elle.fr/Loisirs/Musique/Concert/ELLE-LIVE-65-Eagle-Eye-Cherry-a-la-redaction-3719835
- There are two sibtitles, "Singles" and "As main artist," for the same table (see section "Discography").
Can anyone update the page with this information and address the issues? --The-verver (talk) 02:26, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- It would've taken you as much time to do it as to leave this message. PaulCHebert (talk) 06:59, 24 September 2018 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, I don't know how to use the mark-up language for tables. As well, I'm not sure about the URL to the new website, and have no proof. So, it definitely needs some time to research. Besides, I'm not sure what to do with this new link—and therefore will not take the responsibility to replace—since the archive of the old website contains much more information about the singer compared to the new "1-pager," which is almost empty. --The-verver (talk) 06:01, 29 September 2018 (UTC)
