It is viewed as the ruling party's oppression to limit the opposition party's (Liberty Korea Party) legitimate activities by the presidential office (The Blue House). The Ministry of Strategy and Finance falsely claims that their information system was hacked by the congressional staff; in order to gain access of the information with the intentions of "unauthorized disclosure".
