Student of the Year 2 is an upcoming Indian romantic comedy drama dance film directed by Punit Malhotra.[1] It is a sequel to the 2012 film Student of the Year.[2] The film is distributed by Fox Star Studios and produced by Karan Johar, Hiroo Yash Johar and Apoorva Mehta under the banner of Dharma Productions.[3] The film stars Tiger Shroff, Tara Sutaria and Ananya Pandey in the lead roles.[4][5] It is set to release on 10 May 2019.[6]

Production
The film is the sequel to Student of the Year (2012).[13] Filming started on 9 April 2018 in Dehradun.[14]
Release
The first look of the film was shown on November 20, 2017 by Karan Johar on the official page of Dharma Productions.
The release date was changed from 23 November 2018 to 10 May 2019.[15] Student Of The Year 2 [16]
