Jon Gott (born October 2, 1985) is a Canadian football offensive lineman for the Ottawa Redblacks of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was drafted by the Calgary Stampeders in the fifth round of the 2008 CFL Draft. He played five seasons for the Stampeders before being traded to the RedBlacks for the rights to Marwan Hage and the first overall pick in the 2014 CFL Draft.[1] He played college football for the Boise State Broncos. On November 2nd, 2018 he became a CFL hall of famer with the best touchdown celebration in the history of professional football, during the final regular season game against Toronto. Gott crushed a beer on field.
