Hai Halla[1] is an Indore swachhta (cleanliness) celebration song. After the huge success of the Ho Halla song and Swachh Survekshan 2017 (monument held in 2017), Indore was awarded as India's cleanest city [2][3]. Indore Municipal Corporation and Rishikesh Pandey created the swatch (cleanliness) celebration song Hai Halla, sung by Shaan and Payal Dev, composed by Rishikesh Pandey and conceived by Parikipandla Narahari.
Release
This song was released on June 1, 2017, by Venkaiah Naidu, Sumitra Mahajan and Shivraj Singh Chouhan [4]. The song became very popular among Indore residents after its release. [5]
Success and impact
Rishikesh Pandey popularized the Ho Halla campaign with Hai Halla. After the tremendous success of Ho Halla, Hai Halla became even more popular, regular played as part of the sangeet ceremony of marriage functions. The song has more than 1 million views on YouTube.
Musical Show
Due to great love of people towards this song Indore Municipal Corporation decided to organized show called "Grand halla"[6][7]. Where people get chance to listen to the voice of Rishikesh Pandey and Shan to feel the harmony of music On 23 December 2017. The show was free and around 45,000 residents took part in the event.
