Economic A Zone

I saw Ningbo listed on a company's website as "Ningbo Zhenhai Economic A Zone Ningbo City". The only information I've found so far is Special_economic_zone, but it doesn't specifically mention Ningbo. I'm curious - what does Economic A Zone indicate? Information about any special labor laws or worker conditions especially appreciated. Thanks! --Damate 08:52, 3 September 2006 (PST)

Population

The current data seem to be outdated. Should be something like 2M for just the metropolitan area.--Tong 22:08, 2 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The population data is current, according to the websites of Haishu District, Jiangdong District, and Jiangbei District. This is the best data available.
