Lucida Grande is s humanist sans-serif typeface designed by Charles Bigelow and Kris Holmes in 2000 for Adobe Systems.

Lucida Grande is a humanist sans-serif typeface included with the Mac OS X operating system. It is a member of the Lucida family of typefaces designed by Charles Bigelow and Kris Holmes. It is used throughout the user interface.

Like the similar Microsoft Windows font Lucida Sans Unicode, it supports the most commonly used characters defined in version 2.0 of the Unicode standard.
