He is referred to as Dr. Sazegara, in several interviews and press reports (including reports from radio free europe), and also in the iranian reformist press. just google "dr. mohsen sazegara" or "dr. sazegara".

I placed a reference stating that he does hold a doctorate degree from the University of London. I also heavily editted the page and added tags here to add it to Wikipedia:WikiProject Iran and Wikipedia:WikiProject Biography. I also added wikilinks to this page from several other pages mentioned. Hopefully we can get more people to help with this biography, and get some more traffic here as well.
