Binibining Pilipinas 2018 was the 55th edition of Binibining Pilipinas, that took place at the Smart Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, Philippines on March 18, 2018. Miss Universe 2017 Top 10 finalist Rachel Peters crowned her successor Catriona Elisa Magnayon Gray as Miss Universe Philippines 2018 at the end of the event while Binibining Pilipinas International 2017 Maria Angelica de Leon crowned Ahtisa Manalo as Binibining Pilipinas-International.
The pageant also awarded four titles to participants in minor international beauty pageants: Miss Intercontinental 2017 first runner-up Katarina Rodriguez crowned Karen Juanita Gallman as Binibining Pilipinas-Intercontinental; Miss Supranational 2017 Top 10 Chanel Olive Thomas crowned Jezha Huelar as Binibining Pilipinas-Supranational; Miss Grand International 2017 second runner-up Elizabeth Clenci crowned Eva Psychee Patalinjug as Binibining Pilipinas-Grand International; and, Miss Globe 2017 first runner-up Nelda Ibe crowned Michele Theresa Gumabao as Binibining Pilipinas-Globe. Vickie Marie Rushton was named first runner-up and Samantha Bernardo was named second runner-up.
This pageant marks the emerald edition of the Binibining Pilipinas pageant. To mark the occasion, new crowns were designed for the incoming titleholders, and, for the first time, crowns were also awarded to the first and second runners-up.

- Catriona Gray competed in Miss Universe 2018 held in the Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani in Nonthaburi Province, Thailand, on December 17, 2018. Gray was crowned as the 67th Miss Universe.[7]
- Maria Ahtisa Manalo competed in Miss International 2018 held in Tokyo Dome City Hall in Tokyo, Japan on November 09, 2018. Manalo placed as the First Runner-up of Miss International 2018.
- Jehza Mae Huelar competed in Miss Supranational 2018 held in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland. She placed as a Top 10 finalist.
- Michelle Gumabao competed in Miss Globe 2018 held in Tirana, Albania. She placed as a Top 15 finalist.
