He is the third goalkeeper in the team, and have played only one league match (4-2 loss v Piacenza) and one Italian Cup match (1-0 win v Sampdoria, replacing an injured Abbiati in the first half) since he joined the Rossoneri in 1999.

Before AC Milan, he played for Lodigiani (1 season), Lazio (6 seasons), Cagliari (3 seasons), Cesena, Fiorentina and Piacenza (1 season each).
