Es with Dot below above (Ԗ ԗ; italics: С̣ с̣) is a letter of the Cyrillic script. It looks like a cross-digraph of the Cyrillic letters C with dot below above   but it is not a composable ligature.

Rha is used in the Old Church Slavonic language.
