Killer may refer to:

  • A killer is a person, animal, object, plant, (etc.) that kills. See also assassin; murder.
  • A killer is the lines, bars, grid, etc. applied to stamps on a letter to prevent their reuse (see also cancellation)
  • Assassins (game) or Killer, a live action role-playing game by Steve Jackson Games where players play assassins who "kill" one another
  • Killer is slang for good, great, or such things
  • Killer Sudoku, variant of the Sudoku puzzle
  • Killer is the name of a variant of the game of Darts
  • Killer is the name of a climbing card game related to Tien Len
  • Killer is used in the video game industry to describe a game made to compete with another, such as a "pong killer"
  • The Killer NIC, a computer Network Interface Card.
  • Killer, or "The Killer," (on the Internet, domain name killer.dallas.tx.us or attctc.dallas.tx.us) was the name of an AT&T public-access UNIX machine operated by AT&T employee Charles Boykin. Killer was briefly taken offline and searched by company security during Operation Sundevil, and was shut down without notice by AT&T on February 20, 1990, by which time the system had 1,500 users. A group of them went on to found Super Dimension Fortress.
