State's #th congressional district lies in the northwest corner of the state. It is the second smallest district in the state, and it comprises mostly Sample City, State. It was created after the 1870 census. Until the 1930 census, the district was in the center of the state. It is currently represented by Republican Frank F. Ficticious who has represented the district since 1995.
