Aspria Holdings BV is the owner and operator of 8 members' clubs for health, spa and fitness facilities that belong the upper price segment in continental Europe. The company employs approximately 680 individuals.
The Group's Head Office is based in Wimbledon, South West London. Aspria currently provides services to an estimated 40,000 adult and children members in addition to overnight guests and day spa visitors in Belgium, Germany and Italy.

The Aspria logo is made up of the ‘A’ signet and the associated word marque.
- Slogan: Aspria's brand mission is to inspire people to healthy, feel good and enjoy life, which is supported by their brand slogan 'Live Life Well'.
The slogan reflects their brand mission which, according to them, is to inspire people to live healthy lives, feel good and enjoy life.
History
- 2000 – The Aspria brand is launched, setting up a private members’ clubs in Europe. Aspria combines the traditional purpose of a British members’ club with a destination for sports, fitness and spa facilities.
- 2001 - Aspria Brussels Arts-Loi opens The first Aspria club opened its doors on Rue de l’Industrie in Brussels.
- 2002 - Aspria Berlin Ku’damm & Aspria Hamburg Alstertal open Aspria expands into Germany, opening an urban wellbeing club in the heart of Berlin and in the residential area north of Hamburg’s city centre.
- 2005 - Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante & Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise open After renovations to the historic Royal La Rasante, one of Brussels’ oldest clubs, Aspria opens their flagship club in the district of Woluwe in Brussels. Founded in 1902 as a hockey and tennis club, Royal La Rasante has a successful history in national and international sport. Later in the same year Aspria opens their third wellness club in Brussels, in the heart of the city’s central shopping area.
- 2009 - Aspria Hannover Maschsee club and hotel opens – their third in Germany, complete with 20 rooms for guests to stay overnight and the group’s first full day spa. Aspria Berlin Ku’damm hotel opens – The Aspria Hotel opens in Berlin with 42 rooms and an extended day spa. Aspria Harbour Club Milan opens – Aspria acquires the historical Harbour Club Milano and renames it Aspria Harbour Club. The Aspria Harbour Club annually hosts the Aspria Tennis Cup – part of the Association of Tennis Professionals Challenger Tour – and the Aspria Swimming Cup.
- 2011 - Aspria Brussels Royal La Rasante Hotel opens Aspria opens a boutique-style hotel at Royal La Rasante, offering 16 rooms and 3 suites to guests and members.
- 2012 - Aspria Hamburg Uhlenhorst club and Hotel opens Aspria opens a new club with hotel in Hamburg, situated on the site of the historic Klipper Tennis & Hockey Club near the Alster Lake.
- 2014 - Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise–Sisley partnership Aspria launches a prestigious partnership with luxury skincare brand Sisley, opening the first L’Institut Aspria by Sisley in the country.
Sport & Fitness
Aspria has invested in state-of-the-art fitness equipment for each of their 8 clubs. Each club has a range of facilities pertaining to sports and fitness. They offer group exercise classes, with the larger clubs typically offering 150 classes a week. Members of Aspria have access to swimming pools, functional training, exercise studios, outdoor and indoor tennis. They also offer both Personal Trainers and Wellbeing Advisors.
Health and Aspria Pro
Aspria Pro is a holistic programme that defines and monitors every aspect of wellbeing, with the aim of reducing biological age and increasing overall health.
Spa & Wellness
Aspria’s spas offer a wide range of facilities and treatments including saunas, steam baths, hamam, rasul, massages, facial and body treatments and solariums. Aspria has won several spa & wellness awards over the years.
Family
Aspria Academy (sub brand) offers children’s classes in conjunction with adult classes, so that families can use the facilities together. Aspria also offers a crèche, holiday camps, weekend activities and hosts birthday parties.
Club Life
Each club has a health-conscious restaurant, bistro or café. They also have a full calendar of events, including the ATP Aspria Tennis Cup and Swimming Cup.
Hotels and Lodges
In 2009, Aspria expanded its facilities to include overnight accommodation. Their first project was the Aspria Lodge, 20 lake-side rooms in Hannover available to all Aspria members and members of partner organisations. In October 2009, Aspria expanded their Berlin Ku’damm Club to offer hotel accommodation. In early 2011 Aspria opened a boutique-style hotel at Aspria Royal La Rasante in Brussels, and in 2012 opened their fourth hotel in Aspria Hamburg Uhlenhorst. Aspria’s hotels in Berlin, Hamburg and Brussels are open to both members and non-members.

- 2018 - Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise wins the award for Spa & Wellness Centre of the Year in Belgium at the Luxury Travel Guide Awards.
- 2012 - Aspria Hannover Maschsee is nominated as Europe's finest spa by Condé Nast Johansens.
- 2012 - Aspria Berlin Ku'damm is awarded the Travellers’ Choice Award from TripAdvisor.
- 2011 - Aspria Harbour Club Milan is voted Number One Club in Europe 2011 by European Consumers Choice, who praises its 'welcoming and stylish environment’.
- 2010 - Aspria Brussels Avenue Louise is voted ‘Club Numero Uno’ in Europe by the European Consumers Choice, which called it 'an exceptional retreat’.
- 2009 - Aspria is voted Number One Spa and Club Operator in Belgium by Elle Belgium, one of the world's most widely read women's fashion magazines.
- 2008 - Aspria Berlin Ku'damm is voted Germany's Number One Health Club by leading men's style magazine GQ.
