===These are excellent sources and should provide lots of good information. You'll need to think about how best to integrate this information by introducing it and explaining its significance (think sandwich). That will require adding more specific text. The workplace is becoming more and more interested in what their employees are doing on social media. "About 70% of employers will look at social media to screen potential candidates during a hiring process. While 43% use it to monitor current employees."[1] Employees represent their workplace. (Castrillon 2019) One may control how their followers see them on social media and this is a huge deal to employers. It is believed that if employees are seen as strong leaders on social media then they will attract more customers and business partners. (Castrillon 2019) Opportunities for more relationships, as well as advancing in current ones, arise with the use of social media.[2] When it comes to one having their own business, social media plays an even larger role. When one is branding themselves on social media they need to consider these three things: "crafting their physical footprint, creating their digital footprint, and communicating their message."[3] These all are very crucial parts of branding oneself because they can all be done in a way that either attracts people or does not break interest in them at all.
