Summary of Video games WikiProject open tasks:

Status of the game:

We have no idea, and no one's talking. It could be worked on, it could be cancelled. Neither the Comcept or Level 5-Comcept pages make any word of it, nor does any social media. Until that time, we should not update the page until we get word. Harizotoh9 (talk) 15:46, 15 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

This game is not being worked on. The Chinese company that allegedly agreed to fund development at the last hour, FUZE, went bankrupt and was folded into their parent company. FUZE launched a console, the Tomahawk F1, which was a complete and total failure in China. As a result of this massive failure, FUZE was effectively dissolved into the parent company, Linekong Time Technology corporation. Comcept itself was teetering on bankruptcy until they were rescued by Level-5. And Level-5 has no interest in picking up the ashes of Red Ash, they are tasking the Comcept division with the creation of mobile phone games. And those mobile phone games, thus far, have only been announced for Japanese release with no sign of international release. DarkApollo (talk) 08:49, 4 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the update about Fuze, I didn't know that. Do you have any references to these? Even if they're in Chinese, they can be used as additional information in the article. Stating that Fuze is now bankrupt is pretty important. Harizotoh9 (talk) 11:40, 15 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, sources please? Else this is just speculatory original research. ~ Dissident93 (talk) 14:52, 15 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
If this is true, then it'll be recorded at least in Chinese business media. Chinese news sources can be used provided they're RS. Translating them is the only real issue. Harizotoh9 (talk) 21:30, 15 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Well, Fuze's website has been dead since 2016, and doesn't redirect anywhere. https://web.archive.org/web/20161130050404/http://www.fuzegame.com:80/#home Harizotoh9 (talk) 06:58, 16 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Red Ash is Vaporware?

With the lack of updates ANYWHERE and it's supposed release date on the kickstarter well passed, I'd start pushing this into the same category as Bully 2 and Agent from Rockstar.
