Guys, this does not look frankly real.

Block quote

"The Gibson twins invented the cheese triangle, on which they based their business. A cheese triangle factory is still in operation in Shire Hill Industrial Estate, operating under the name Gibson Cheese and Dairy Products Ltd."

I have honestly never heard this rumour, and also haven't heard of the company. I have lived in Saffron Walden for 22 years, and thought it might have come up by now. There is nothing to back this up, and I think it's just a well worded piece of vandelism. Please feel free to proove me wrong but I can't imagine that we invented cheese triangles when we don't have a dairy industry, the Gibsons were brewers and bankers, and lived in a time before electricity and tin foil... Also were there Gibson twins?
