Oru Yamandan Premakadha (transl. A huge love story) is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language comedy film directed by B. C. Noufal and written by Bibin George and Vishnu Unnikrishnan. It stars Dulquer Salmaan, Soubin Shahir, Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Salim Kumar in the lead roles. The film's production began on 3 July 2017 and was completely shot in Kochi.[1][2] It was released on 25 April 2019.
Plot
Set in the village of Kadamakkudy, the film revolves around Lallu (Dulquer Salmaan), who is a privileged daily wage painter and his colourful gang of friends. Though he hails from an aristocratic Kombanaayil family and son of Kombanaayil John (Renji Panicker), a criminal lawyer. Lallu prefers the company of his under-privileged and loser friends Panchikuttan (Salim Kumar), Vicky Paedika (Soubin Shahir), and Teny Sebastian (Vishnu Unnikrishnan). Lallu is uneducated but all the educated girls of the village likes him, however he does not get the ‘spark’ and hence he hasn't found any suitable girl to settle down with a family. This affects his well-to-do younger brother negatively who wants to get marry his girlfriend. Lallu sees a picture of a young women missing in the newspapers and immediately becomes enchanted by it. The rest of the film deals with Lallu and friends pursuit to find the missing girl.
Lallu comes to know the missing girl is dead and was deliberately murdered by a rich youth (Bibin George) who is always intoxicated. He with the help of his father makes them stand before the legal system and thus finds solace.
