Symbols and missing key
Re: the * and + symbols appearing on the election results, an explanation/key would help. Because the * on subsequent election results indicates sitting councillor of county council, I'd suggest they are reversed here, so * means 'existing county councillor for the ward (on Dyfed County Council)' and + becomes 'existing district councillor for the ward' ...or something like that.
