Lifumpa Mwandwe (born 29 December 2000) is an English-Zambian footballer who plays as a forward or winger for Shrewsbury Town.
Career
Mwandwe joined the Shrewsbury Town youth system in 2014,[1] making his professional debut whilst still a first-year scholar at the age of sixteen, as a last-minute substitute for Carlton Morris in a 3–0 victory against West Bromwich Albion U21s in an EFL Trophy group-stage match on 3 October 2017.[2]
In July 2018, he trained with the Zambia national under-20 team, his first experience of his parents' homeland in over a decade.[3]
He was given a first professional contract by Shrewsbury in May 2019.[4]
Personal life
Mwandwe was born in London to parents hailing from Zambia.[1][3]
