Some Wikipedians have formed a project to improve organisation and standardised look and feel of articles related to the Indian state of Odisha.

Scope

The scope of this WikiProject is to improve the articles related to the Indian state Odisha. Not only the articles on the topics like places, heritage, history, cuisine, culture, worldwide status of Odisha are included, but articles on reformers, activists, and key people are also included here.

Goals

  1. Creation of a generally standard look and feel for all Odisha-related article
  2. To produce as many Featured Articles as possible related to Odisha.

1st we have to increase our independent articles. About history, personality, place, art culture etc. recently I have created Atibadi Jagannath Das . I felt pity when I saw there is no article on him. he is identity our literature. There is no individual article for each poet of pancha Sakha . please contribute on it.

2nd we have to link the article related to broad subjects. In INDIA, Culture of India , Architect of India, Music of India, Painting of India, Food of India etc there is very few presence of Odisha related true information’s. Please contribute on it.

3rd rectify wrong information about our Identity with proper evidence . Like Birth Place of Jaydev, Origin of Chhou etc …)
