It's quite late where I am at the moment so I'll be brief in my comment. While the content of the article is quite interesting and presents an issue of importance to the community of La Paz, I'm not quite sure whether this has enough notability to warrant an entire article in itself due to the fact that - with no offense intended - it doesn't appear to have a great deal of importance on an international scale, though I could very well be missing something (maybe a subsection on the Zebra crossing page might be a better idea?).
Furthermore, the article appears to be mostly written in an essay-like format, with many statements that appear to be not entirely neutral. The article's notability and neutrality are also hampered (in my opinion) by the lack of sources, which would otherwise help this article greatly in establishing a solid foundation. I hope this is able to start a discussion about changes that need to be made or possibly a merge of the content into a different article. wxtransit talk 08:44, 17 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]
