Currently, the company employs approximately 20 people, including writers, programmers, graphic designers and sales people. OnMilwaukee's editorial staff includes Andy Tarnoff, Bobby Tanzilo, Molly Snyder, Matt Mueller, Carolynn Buser and Lori Fredrich, along with regular commentary from freelance reporters.
