Maria Isabel Coelho Santos (born 12 February 1968, in Valbom, Gondomar)[1] is a Portuguese politician of the Socialist Party who has been a Member of the European Parliament since the 2019 elections.

Santo was a member of the Assembly of the Republic from 2015 until 2019 and from 2005 until 2011.[2] During her time in parliament, she served on the Committee on Foreign Affairs. In addition to her committee asignments, she was a member of the Portuguese delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
