Doug's Big Game is a video game for the Game Boy Color, published by NewKidCo[1], developed by ImaginEngine[2] and based on the Nickelodeon/Disney TV series Doug (TV series). It was released on December 15, 2000 [3] in North America and on April 6, 2001 in Europe. The working title for the game was Doug: Quailman to the Rescue.

The gameplay combines elements of role-playing and action/adventure. The player controls Doug Funnie and his dog Porkchop as they wander around Bluffington in search of Doug's crush, Patti Mayonnaise, after she fails to meet him as scheduled. Along the way, Doug must speak to various characters from the series, including his parents and sister Judy and his friends Skeeter, Beebe, Chalky, Roger, and the Sleech brothers Al and Moo, and complete various errands for them in return for clues about Patti's whereabouts. In brief action sequences, the player controls Doug as his alter-ego Quailman as he fights enemies based on Judy and Roger and blasts his way through a meteor shower.
