The Han languages (Korean: 한어; 韓語) or Samhan languages (Korean: 삼한어; 三韓語) is a branch of the ancient Koreanic languages,[1][2] referring to the non-Koguryoic Koreanic languages once spoken in the southern Korean Peninsula.

The Han languages were spoken in the confederacies of Mahan, Byeonhan and Jinhan.[1] The extent of Han languages are unclear. It is generally accepted as including Sillan. Modern Korean (and the Jeju language) belong to the Han branch of the Koreanic family.
