Deletion of THE Prabal Kumar Basu

Please Don't delete the article namely "Prabal Kumar Basu". Let me know the process what to do to improve the article. I will link the references with the article. I have removed the external links. Within few days I will edit the external links with connection to the main article. Please give me some time to these editing. As per my best knowledge all the datas given in the article is genuine.
