Triangle Circle Triangle (Hellenized: ΔΟΔ) is a professional, co-ed fraternity that aims to foster holiday cheer, and "good vibes". Their core beliefs include wearing holiday-themed ties, and drinking vapor waves. The fraternity is currently unrecognized by all major collegiate Pan-Hellenic organizations, however a strong underground community has formed in the DC/Metro area.[1]
Despite being a co-ed fraternity, as of 2019 there has never been a female member. Leadership of Tri Circle Tri has stated this is likely because, "chicks just don't want to hang out with us for some reason. I'm not really sure why".[2]
Controversy
In Fall of 2018 there was a hazing incident involving a pledge being seat-belted to a couch and forced to wear a Halloween vampire-tie for 11 hours. The student survived, but due to the intense nature of the hazing, Tri Circle Tri was asked to disband making it the shortest period of time a fraternity has existed before being asked to leave.
