Charles Sylvain Rabotoarison

Charles Sylvain Rabotoarison (born 6 April 1944 in Vohipeno) is a Malagasy politician. He is a member of the Senate of Madagascar for Vatovavy Fitovinany.[1] He is former Minister of the Interior and Minister of Environment, Water and Forestry.[2][3]
