Mario Grech (20 February 1957) is a Maltese prelate who became Bishop of Gozo in 2005. He was born and baptised in Qala, Gozo to George and Stella. His family moved to Ta' Kerċem when Grech was a young boy.

On 2 October 2019, he was named Pro-Secretary of the Synod of Bishops [1]
