Sorry I accidentally deleted everything. I was just trying to remove sections that I made a while ago because I felt they were no longer relevant to the current state of the page. may I just remove those specific sections?
- Not if they're part of a discussion to which other accounts responded. It's policy to respect and retain all such conversation. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 17:25, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
so if no one responded, may I remove it?
- If your additions received no responses, I don't see why not. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 17:44, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
okay, thanks for clarifying. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 173.79.50.109 (talk) 17:45, 4 October 2019 (UTC)
- For the record, your comment here [1] was relevant, and valuable in explaining rationale for removing content. But it doesn't appear imperative to keep it. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 17:48, 4 October 2019 (UTC)

Thank you for reverting this instance of vandalism. Your contributions are valued. Have you considered making an account? Mgasparin (talk) 03:46, 5 October 2019 (UTC)

Promotional account
JJMC89, does ClaireDee (talk · contribs) merit a block? A lot of self-promotional, unsourced edits. The autobiography can probably go, too. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 03:17, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
- Thanks for looking at the bio, JJMC89; if I could I'd AfD it. After this edit [3] I've requested a user block at AiV. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 15:00, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
- Ad Orientem blocked the account. If you give me a nomination statement, I'll open an AfD for you. — JJMC89 (T·C) 19:41, 6 October 2019 (UTC)
- Sure, JJMC89. Insufficiently sourced vanity article for a non notable model and television presenter. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 19:56, 6 October 2019 (UTC)

Edit warring to add linkspam from own website to multiple...oh, you know
JJMC89 or Drmies, does Asafbraverman (talk · contribs) have enough of a history to merit an indefinite block? If there's doubt I can start a thread at COI or some such. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 21:30, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
- So they run that site, huh. Drmies (talk) 21:34, 8 October 2019 (UTC)

Melcous or Drmies, I've spent enough time on this, and would appreciate help. Lots of unsourced content can probably get cut. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 23:39, 8 October 2019 (UTC)
- It needs a good, kind editor to find the proper verification for the resume... Drmies (talk) 00:07, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Oh, that so isn't me, especially when confronted with a single purpose COI account. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 00:08, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
I'm looking at Moser but cannot find those direct quotes--where'd you see em? Odd, BTW, that this poem (which is in the Norton) doesn't have an article. I have a student writing on it, so I better stay a few steps ahead of him. Drmies (talk) 00:58, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- It's from the article abstract, which may or may not render it problematic. But it was too good to pass up, and merits mention up top. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 01:03, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- It does, but JSTOR doesn't show me an abstract with those phrases--do you have a URL? Drmies (talk) 01:15, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- What I've got: [4]. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 01:31, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Wow, yeah--odd. I wonder where that abstract comes from. I'll go through the article again (which is kind of boring in places) to pull that out, maybe in other words, because it would make for a nice hook. Thanks! Drmies (talk) 01:45, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Boring? The very definition of esoteric. I couldn't find a direct reference. You may have better luck googling the title and keywords like oldest love song, etc. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 01:49, 9 October 2019 (UTC)
- Although my Google search isn't yielding much in that respect. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 01:56, 9 October 2019 (UTC)

Maybe some eyes on this, Drmies and JJMC89. The COI account is constructing a hagiography, and may, sooner than later, move it into article space. I don't want to be the sole patrol. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 02:01, 10 October 2019 (UTC)
zu(band)
Hi, actually i was just trying to fix wrong informations about the band and updated it. There are no promotional message neither advertising.I just tried to give more information since it was way too poor. Since i'm not an expert user of wikipedia it took some time to learn how to add reliable source but at the end i did. Anyway, now the page is back to the point where it was...with wrong information and not updated. How can we fix this? best — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jacopo.battaglia (talk • contribs) 21:21, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
- Actually, you added a slew of unsourced and promotional content. Please use the article talk page to discuss what's inaccurate, and allow other editors without conflict of interest to remove if necessary. And divulge your conflict of interest, please. Thank you, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 21:23, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
Help editing old information?
Hi! I do not work for them but I follow who's who in the entertainment business and I now know pretty much who is repped by which agency. It's for one of my podcasts! I have some inside knowledge about books, movies, plays, and actors. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Margodono (talk • contribs) 21:52, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
- Well, it's tricky to remove sourced content without offering newer sourced content to support the removal. And by tricky, I mean not permissible, silly as it may seem. We can't edit from personal knowledge, but perhaps you can provide updates with WP:RELIABLE sources. And you haven't explained the attempted removal of this content [5], which is another matter altogether. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 22:01, 11 October 2019 (UTC)
Hi Diannaa, maybe you can rev/delete here--there looks to be some copyright violation. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 03:44, 12 October 2019 (UTC)
- I found similar content here but that can't be the source, because we had it before that date. If you could give me more details as to where you found overlapping content that would be helpful because that's all I found. — Diannaa 🍁 (talk) 11:53, 12 October 2019 (UTC)
- Diannaa, the mistake is mine. That was where I looked, not realizing it was copied from here. Thank you for checking. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 16:22, 12 October 2019 (UTC)
- Perhaps, Diannaa, we can get page protection? I've requested it here [6]. Persistent reversion of redirect in favor of an unsourced bio. 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 20:27, 13 October 2019 (UTC)

Thanks for reverting the edits on the Mental health page, and keep up the anti-vandal work! KingofGangsters (talk) 04:18, 16 October 2019 (UTC) |
- Thank you, KingofGangsters. As I noted at the user's talk page, thought their edits were disruptive, they appeared to have been made in good faith. The level three and four warnings may have been a bit much. 2601:188:180:B8E0:6C57:2675:7756:B1CF (talk) 12:44, 18 October 2019 (UTC)
Diannaa, I think this one does have a history of copyright violation. Please have a look if so inclined. Thanks, 2601:188:180:B8E0:65F5:930C:B0B2:CD63 (talk) 04:28, 16 October 2019 (UTC)
