West Virginia Route 869 is a short, one mile road in Putnam County, West Virginia that connects U.S. 35 and West Virginia Route 62 with the Buffalo Bridge passing over the Kanawha River. The route itself is unsigned on the bridge. The road was comissioned in 1998 to allow trucks transport goods for the Toyota Plant in Buffalo, West Virginia instead of the fragile Winfield Bridge.
