The Iraqi Central Perseverance Cup, previously called Iraqi Central Altruism Cup (Arabic: كاس الإيثار, Al-Athar Cup), was an annual Iraqi football match contested between the champions and the runners-up of the previous Iraqi Central League season. Only four editions of the tournament were played before the Iraq Football Association decided to replace regional tournaments with national tournaments in 1974, with the Iraqi Perseverance Cup (now known as Iraqi Super Cup) becoming the nation's super cup tournament.[1][2][3][4]

Note: Maslahat Naqil Al-Rukab and Amanat Al-Asima's titles are attributed to Amanat Baghdad, and Al-Firqa Al-Thalatha's title is attributed to Al-Jaish. This is because these two clubs were formed by the merging of the aforementioned teams with other sides.
