Grains:

Grains provide a great deal of important nutrients and also promotes the body into a much more positive direction. Grains provide a source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. All that contributes to helping reduce blood cholesterol levels and lover the risk of heart diseases. Promoting a better flow of the oxygen that is needed to be carried throughout the body. There is a greater deal of bone building, and helps muscles release energy from the body, leading to a healthy immune system.

  • Building bones, muscles, cartilage,skin,and blood

  • Maintains healthy weight

Of that information I would talk a lot about the other macronutrients including carbohydrates and fats. Also provide sources on what foods and drinks have high amounts of these macronutrients and how much of each should be consumed in a healthy diet.
