12 Scooby-Doo! Team-Up DC Comics 2013–2019 50 This series features Mystery Inc. teaming up with a new guest character(s) each issue. This includes DC and Hanna-Barbera properties such as Batman, Wonder Woman, and The Flintstones, among many others.
13 Scooby Apocalypse DC Comics 2016–2019 36 This series reimagines Mystery Inc. into a gritty post-apocalypse where nanites have transformed the human populace into highly adaptable monsters who have taken over the planet. It is part of the Hanna-Barbera Beyond brand of comics.
