Poor Tom is a song by the band Led Zeppelin. It was featured on their final and tenth albulm Coda. Poor Tom was recorded by Olympic at a recording studio called The Sol.

Poor Tom was a leftover from the recording sessions at Olympic in June of 1970. Many of these recordings became the album [[Led Zeppelin III]. Written by lead singers Robert Plant and guitarist Jimmy Page, the song was never performed live in cocert. It is viewed by fans as another one of Led Zeppelin's more bluesy songs and contains a jug-band workout, as well as a semi-acoustic guitar part performed by Jimmy Page. A harmonica, played by Plant, and a drum piece performed by John Bonham also find their way into the song.

Although never performed live, Poor Tom is regarded as one of the more interesting Led Zeppelin bloes pieces and is one of the many inventive songs created while the band stayed at Bron-Y-Aur.
