Dr. Shabab Aalam is an Indian socialist , satirist, Author , Poet, motivational speaker and a senior educationist who is the Chairman of Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan (GMVSS). Dr. Aalam wrote book name “SAMANVYA” in 2016 based on open and Distance learning which was inaugurated by Ram Niwas Goel Currently is a Speaker of Sixth Legislative Assembly of Delhi since 2015. From the several states Governors and Chief Minister given him appreciation letter for the Success of “SAMANVAYA”.
Early life
Dr. Shabab Aalam was born in a Muslim family on 15 August, 1984 at Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his Doctorate in Geography, he came to Delhi to become an educationist. from the childhood he was very creative. In 1999 he was selected as the best N.C.C Cadet(Air wing) at Keetham, Agra in Army N.C.C Camp. In 2001 he was awarded by the brigadier as the best Sargent of Uttar Pradesh in N.C.C. and also announced The BEST BOY of his college (Islamia Inter College , Muzaffaranagar). When he was only 14 years old , having various certificates and awards for his writing skills and speeches. Dr. Aalam is also Post Graduate in Education and Management (MA(Geography) MA (Education) M.Phil and M.B.A-HR. One of his friend A. M. Turaz., is an Indian poet, lyricist, and script writer. Whereas A.M Turaz and Dr Shabab Alam said that the motive of this (Mohd. Danish first song) “We Indians” release by T-Series (company) is to establish patriotism in each and every individual.
Career
Dr. Aalam paid his attention to spread education during his college life. he started the first english spoken institute at his locality. especially he focused to the dropouts and the deprived section of the society. For the upliftment of dropouts and the deprived section he started his journey to aware about Open and Distance learning that how a person who has been lost his school and college life can easily recover. Not only he is providing the guidance to the drop outs, he also focused to the regular students who are need of proper direction and guideline that after completing 10th or 12th standard which course will be good for those as per their mentally and financially status along with the government policies. What is the importance of open and distance learning for the society still he is working as the chairman of Grameen Mukt Vidhyalayi Shiksha Sansthan(GMVSS).
Views
Dr. Aalam believes that the work for educating India should not be depended to the Government it is a duty of every citizen who is expert in any filed should spread education of his field. If you are educated you will be expert the development of the country can move fast if the citizen are a bunch of expertise. The children are future of any country all the state education boards are providing the education to the children. In India we are having the state boards as per the states list. In 1990th century Govt of India passed the private university act thus as per The UGC list of private universities as on 9 February 2017 lists 258 private universities Of these 151 have inspection reports listed. Due to the existence of private universities the nation is the beneficiary of employment and educational upliftment. The government should also pass an act of private school education board so that the quality of education can improve which can help for the employment.
