1996 TR66, also written as 1996 TR66, is a Trans-Neptunian object orbiting beyond Pluto in the Kuiper belt. It was discovered on October 8, 1996 by David C. Jewitt, Chad A. Trujillo, Jane X. Luu, and Jun Chen.

It is in a 2:1 orbital resonance with Neptune, so it has been categorized as a Twotino, of which it is the earliest discovered.
