On December 31, 2019, Mareco Broadcasting Network announced its partnership with Horizon of the Sun Commmunications (producers of Chinatown TV). As Crossover FM and smooth jazz format has migrated online (via its live stream application), MBN regional stations will be operated by Horizon of the Sun Communications and adopt CHR/Top 40 music format under Q Radio branding, similar to its Manila flagship station.
