GOCE copyediting

I did a preliminary copyedit of the article and I had a few questions. I unfortunately cannot consult the sources as I do not understand Serbian. The points that I wish to discuss also have comments where they are but I feel this is a good place to consolidate my questions.

  • As a child, his father took him to church every week in the morning. Which day was it? Sunday?
  • He also donated money to the Serbian football club Red Star Belgrade for their trip to the European Championship. Which championship is this? Is it the UEFA European Championship?
  • In 2019, Ilić came into conflict with another Serbian YouTuber and Twitch Streamer by the name K1KA, both of whom ended up together on a morning television program. What controversy is this? I'm guessing it has something to do with animals in the next sentence.
  • In 2020, Ilić entered into controversy with the famous Serbian folk-singer known as Jelena Karleuša. What is this controversy about?

Hope to hear from you soon! --Tenryuu (🐲💬🌟) 00:28, 15 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello there, thank you for copy-editing on the requested page! I understand that you do not understand the Serbian (Srpski) language, and i'll gladly answer your questions:

  • Correct, it says on Serbian: "Vodio me je u crkvu svake nedelje." Nedelja can be translated as Sunday but can be translated as week too.
  • No. in these references: [1][2] It's noted that it's about the Red Star Rowing Club, and that he gave them money for the trip for the "2020 European Rowing Championship".[3]
  • The 2019 controversy with K1KA is an extremely long story: Other Serbian YouTubers made a "diss-track" song against Baka Prase and a few other YouTubers, Baka Prase made a video on the topic, reacting to their song. After of which, K1KA made her video, explaining how YouTube shouldn't be a drama platform and defending the other YouTubers and going against Baka Prase, to which obviously Baka Prase made a video reacting to her video too. She made about three-four videods regarding the situation, similar number of videos made Baka Prase. People got so obsessed with this drama that a television program known as "PRVA" got both of them on TV, where they spoken about the drama. Future on, Baka Prase had Levijatan as his guests in one of this videos, where Levijatan was just defending Baka Prase in the whole situation. None animals got harmed, has nothing to do with animal harm, instead just they we're protecting Baka Prase as mentioned. The drama ended with Baka Prase making a diss-track on K1KA by the name "JEL TE NIJE BLAM". To which K1KA made her own diss-track by the name "PENJEM SE NA TRON".
  • In 2020, Karleuša was interviewed where she said how YouTubers are at the highest spot of fame, and that they do not deserve it, and how instead actual talented singers can't get to fame because of them. Baka Prase made his video reacting to it, saying his own comments about the situation defending him and other YouTubers. Later on Karleuša said that Baka Prase found a way how to entertain "Idiotic kids" in another interview, to which Baka Prase made a second video, saying he can not talk to his fans like that and defending his fanbase pretty much. It's a back and fourth beef.

Again thank you so much for taking your time for editing the page, it means a lot to see people participating - working together. If you need more explanations - questions i'd love to answer more. It's a honor. --PolePoz (User:PolePozUser talk:PolePozContributions/PolePoz) 8:53 PM, 15 February 2020 (UTC)
