I am project leader for OpenScore, a crowdsourced digitisation project like Wikipedia or Project Gutenburg, but for sheet music. We take public domain sheet music from IMSLP and transcribe it with MuseScore's open source music notation editor to create digital scores that you can listen to, edit and share. We release the transcriptions under Creative Commons Zero to give maximum benefit to society.

I am also a software developer, specialising in music notation and accessibility for people who are blind or partially sighted. I work with RNIB to improve accessibility of open source software, including MuseScore, and I am a memeber of the UK Association of Accessible Formats in the Music Subject Area group. I have been a regular attendee at FOSDEM's annual open source conference in Brussels, where I have given presentations on sheet music software and accessibility.
