Raymond Anthony Papa[1] (born October 14, 1976[2]) is a Filipino swimmer who has competed for the Philippines at the Summer Olympic Games.

Papa made his Olympic debut at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona when he was still a student at Mercersburg Academy.[3] . He competed at the 100 meter backstroke and the 4 x 100 meter medley relay. He graduated from Mercersburg in 1994 and went to University of Michigan for his college studies.[3]

He returned to the Summer Olympics in the 1996 edition which was hosted in Atlanta competing in the 200 meter freestyle, 100 meter backstroke, and the 200 meter backstroke events.[3]

In the 1998 Asian Games, he won 2 Silver medals for the 100 meter backstroke and 200 meter backstroke.

In 1997 he was ranked 16th in the world for his 2:00.96 in the 200 meter backstroke, a gold in the SouthEast Asian Games.
